Bigg Boss OTT: Karan Johar grooves with Sunny Leone on Sunday Ka Vaar; no elimination this week

The latest Sunday Ka Vaar episode of Bigg Boss OTT was a special one as it was the ‘interval point’ of the show. The contestants have completed half of their six-week journey on the show and therefore on the occasion, Karan Johar played multiple games with the housemates to check their compatibility. For the first time, no contestants were bashed by the host in this weekend’s episode.

The episode began with dance performances of the contestants to celebrate Janmashtami. The contestants grooved on hit Bollywood songs including Radha Kaise Na Jale from Lagaan and Radha from Student Of The Year. Karan Johar praised everyone for their dance moves.

After that, Karan started the episode with a game of Photo Expose where a series of pictures from various situations in the house were shown to the contestants and they were asked to explain what they were thinking at that time. Karan asked Raqesh to explain the picture where he was looking at Shamita while she was cooking. The actor said that he finds her very hot and beautiful. Karan then made Shamita and Raqesh dance to her hit song Sharara Sharara from Mere Yaar Ki Shaadi Hai. On this, Karan casually mentioned that Akshara had age-shamed Shamita during a conversation where she said that she was in class 2 when she watched Shamita’s song on TV.

Many issues came up between the housemates during the game. The new connections Neha Bhasin-Pratik Sehajpal and Akshara Singh-Millind Gaba opened about their broken connections. Divya Agarwal and Shamita Shetty’s rivalry was also mentioned during the task.

In the second game, compatibility was tested between the contestants as they were given a series of questions about each other and they had to guess the correct answer. Divya was asked to judge other connections as she has no connection.

The third game was called ‘Bewafai Ke Shot’ where the contestants were asked to give a shot of bitter gourd juice to those who betrayed them. Raqesh and Shamita gave it to Divya for nominating him during a task. Neha and Millind gave the shots to each other. Akshara gave the shot to Pratik for breaking the connection and choosing Neha. Divya, who got two shots gave them to Nishant and Moose. On the other hand, Nishant and Moose gave the shots to each other surprising Karan Johar and revealing the cracks in their friendships.

Then Karan welcomed special guest Sunny Leone who entered the house to judge the connections. She said that she is supporting Divya as she is from her show Splitsvilla. Karan then played a game of rapid fire with Sunny and also performed her item number’s hook steps on Karan’s songs.

Karan announced that there will be no elimination this week and the nominated connections were declared safe. He also revealed that there will be a surprise wild-card entry next week.

Sunny then entered the house to play few games with the housemates. At first, she made the contestants dance with coconuts and all of them were seen trying to get a coconut from their stomach to their chins. She also made the contestants choose one friendship to maintain and another block.

Then in the third game, Sunny made the contestants to dump different things on Neha and Akshara’s head during the ‘Paap Ka Ghada’ task. The contestants had to choose between and mention one sin that they committed.
