Popular rapper and singer Badshah has denied rumours that he is planning to tie the knot with rumoured girlfriend and actress Isha Rikhi. The speculations began to swirl on social media after a report surfaced claiming that the couple is soon set to tie the knot. For the unversed, Badshah, whose real name is Aditya Prateek Singh Sisodia, and Isha, a Punjabi actress from Chandigarh, have been in a romantic relationship for a while now. Reports suggest that the duo met at a common friend’s party.
Coming back to quashing the rumours of the wedding with Isha, Badshah took to his verified Instagram handle and shared a note of the story section to set the record straight. In his short but clear note, he wrote, “Dear media, I respect you but this is super lame. I'm not getting married. Whoever's feeding you this bullshit needs to find better masala,” putting rumours to rest.
Badshah became the talk of the town over the weekend after a report by Hindustan Times cited sources saying that the rapper was considering giving marriage another shot and was said to be planning to tie the knot with Isha. Earlier, Badshah was married to Jasmine. The couple welcomed a daughter named Jessemy Grace Masih Singh in 2017. However, their marriage hit rock bottom in 2019, and the couple ultimately ended up getting divorced during the lockdown period.
Talking about the professional front, the 37-year-old rapper-singer, besides music, has also ventured into the world of acting with brief but significant appearances. He made his acting debut in 2019 with Khandaani Shafakhana and later appeared in a cameo role in Ek Villain Returns in 2022.
