This year, the Diwali in Bollywood is being celebrated with ample enthusiasm as several of them turned hosts and planned a star-studded bash at their residence. Among them was Shilpa Shetty Kundra, who had a massive turnout with the who’s who of the industry making it to the event. Amid that, Mrunal Thakur, who has been receiving love in Bollywood as well as South film industry, garnered a lot of attention for her bonding with renowned rapper Badshah.

Rapper Badshah and Mrunal Thakur, who were both guests at the bash, were seen exiting the venue together but what caught the paps’ attention was them holding hands. The photo received a lot of attention from many and gossip mills continued to wonder if something is brewing between the two. However, Badshah seems to have decided to respond to these rumours and ended it by taking to Instagram and clarifying on the same. He posted a note on his story saying, “Dear Internet, Sorry to disappoint you yet again but jaisa aap soch rahe hain waisa nahin hai.”

For the unversed, Rapper Badshah was earlier married to Jasmine Masih and the couple ended their eight-year marriage in 2020. On the other hand, Mrunal Thakur has always stayed silent about her personal life.

On the work front, while Badshah is juggling between playback singing and his albums, Mrunal is shuttling between cities for her Bollywood and South projects. She was last seen in the recently released Ishaan Khatter, Soni Razdan film Pippa and has films like Hi Nanna with Nani and Family Star with Vijay Deverakonda in the pipeline.
