After a four-year-long break, Shah Rukh Khan returned to the silver screen with a bang as Pathaan continues to roar at the box office, even after three weeks of its release. The success of Pathaan has indeed proved that Shah Rukh is not going to retire anytime soon. Well, not only the collection of Pathaan, but the actor himself has made it crystal clear that retirement from acting is not currently on the cards during his latest #AskSRK session on Twitter.

For the unversed, on Wednesday afternoon, King Khan announced an interactive session with his fans on Twitter. In the announcement tweet, he stated that the theme for the session should be “sweeter, irrelevant and fun maybe, even what u #DontAskSRK.” Interestingly, a fan asked who will be the next big thing in Bollywood after he retires.

Responding to the tweet, the 57-year-old actor replied, “I will never retire from acting…I will have to be fired…and maybe even then I will come back hotter!!

Well, this was not the first time when SRK has won hearts with his witty response related to his retirement. In one of his recent sessions, a user attempted to troll Shah Rukh Khan as he referred to his film Pathaan as a “disaster”. On top of that, he asked SRK to retire from the film. However, the actor shut the troll in his own style by saying, “Beta badhon se aise baat nahi karte (Kid, this is not the way to speak to elders).”

Coming to the professional front, Shah Rukh is currently busy with the shooting of his upcoming film Jawan. It is worth mentioning here that Bollywood Hungama recently reported that SRK will be shooting an intense chase sequence in Mumbai. He plays a double role and the chase sequence is between both the characters played by the superstar. A source told us, “While Pathaan was also an action film; the action in Jawan will be different. It’s mostly shot in real locations and blockbuster director Atlee has treated these sequences in his massy style, aided by action directors Sunil Rodrigues and ANL Arasu. It also fits well with the post-pandemic demands of seeing larger-than-life and fascinating stuff on the big screen. In that regard, Jawan is just the right film and will promise loads of entertainment to the viewers.”
