While Arbaaz previously addressed this topic, Shura recently shared her perspective during an Instagram 'Ask Me Anything' session.

During the session, a user asked Shura about the age and height difference between her and Arbaaz. Shura responded, "Arbaaz is 5'10 and I am 5'1 and age is just a number." This simple yet profound reply highlighted her view on the age gap. When asked about their first date, she fondly recalled, "So good that we ended up marrying each other." On the qualities she admires in Arbaaz, Shura stated, "He's very loving and respectful." She also revealed that it was Arbaaz who proposed first.

Arbaaz had previously shared his thoughts on their age difference in an interview with Indian Express. He remarked, “Though my wife is much younger than me, it is not like she is 16 years old. She knew what she wanted in her life, and I knew what I wanted in my life." He emphasized that both were fully aware and accepting of their age difference from the start, saying, “It’s not like we were not aware of it, or we hid it from each other. As a girl, she knew what she was getting into, and as a man, I knew what I was getting into."

In an interview with Indian Express, Arbaaz reflected on the importance of age in relationships, he argued, “Two people of the same age can be together and probably separate in a year. So, is age the only factor that keeps relationships going? Ask yourself. In fact, whenever you see there is a very big age gap between marriages, they have far higher success rates.” His insights suggest that mutual understanding and compatibility play more critical roles in a successful marriage than age.
