After the conclusion of the Indian Premier League (IPL), Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma travelled to London to be present at the FA Cup finals. The couple's attendance was at the invitation of PUMA, the athleisure brand for which they both serve as brand ambassadors, as well as the esteemed Manchester City Football Club. The FA Cup Final, a highly anticipated match between Manchester City and Manchester United, took place on Saturday (June 3) at the renowned Wembley Stadium. The match was won by Manchester City by 2-1. Anushka took to her social media to share a delightful sneak peek into the couple's experience at the match, capturing adorable moments of their enthusiastic support for their favourite team.

On Tuesday, Anushka took to Instagram and shared a video in which we can see the couple making their way to the stadium in a car. The post included several selfies, all perfectly captured, showcasing their excitement and enthusiasm. Towards the end of the video, the text “And just like the sky...blue reigned the field” appeared, adding a poetic touch to the overall presentation. Sharing the video she captioned, “Congratulations @mancity & @pepteam on sealing City’s seventh FA Cup! Such an effortless display of game and grit by all the players.”

Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli, the Indian cricket team captain, tied the knot in a private ceremony held in Italy on December 11, 2017. The couple's wedding became the talk of the town, with fans and media alike eagerly following their journey into marital bliss. Adding to their joyous journey, Anushka and Virat welcomed their first child together, a baby girl named Vamika, in January 2021.

On the work front, Virat Kohli is currently gearing up for World Test Championship against Austrailia starting from tomorrow. On the other hand, Anushka Sharma surprised her fans with cameo in Qala. The actress is now gearing up for the release of Chakda Xpress. The film will see her play the lead role of former Indian cricketer Jhulan Goswami. It will release on Netflix in 2023. Backed by her brother Karnesh Sharma's production house Clean Slate Filmz, the film also stars Tripti Dimri, Swastika Mukherjee and Babil Khan.
