Anushka Sharma and husband Virat Kohli recently welcomed their first child Vamika, and the couple is enjoying parenting. The couple is often spotted on social media enjoying pleasant moments with their daughter.

On Sunday, Anushka Sharma took to social media to commemorate their baby's six-month birthday. The actress also wrote a heartfelt message with series of stunning family photos, which read, "Her one smile can change our whole world around ! I hope we can both live up to the love with which you look at us, little one. Happy 6 months to us three.”

In the pictures, Anushka was seen holding her baby girl with all the love and affection as she lazed at a park. Meanwhile, in the second picture, daddy Virat was seen caressing his little bundle of sunshine donning the widest of his smiles. The couple marked the day with a cute cake cutting too.

While the pair enjoys the happiest moments of their parenting lives while sharing images with their child, they haven't given us a good look at her face. Virat previously revealed plans to share her first look during a question-and-answer session. “What is the meaning of Vamika, and how is she?” a fan asked on Instagram. Please give us a peek of her.” He said, “Vamika is another name for Goddess Durga. We have agreed as a couple not to expose our child to social media until she has a full grasp of what it is and can make her own decision.”

When Virat and Anushka welcomed their first child in January this year, they delivered personalised hampers to the media, requesting that they refrain from photographing their daughter. They also included a card that read, “Hi, Thank you for all the love that you have given us for all these years. We are happy to celebrate this momentous occasion with you. As parents, we have a simple request to make to you. We want to protect the privacy of our child and we need your help and support.”

They added “While we will always make sure you have all of the content you require featuring us, we respectfully request that you not take or distribute any content that contains our child. We are confident that you will understand where we are coming from, and we appreciate your cooperation.”
