Bollywood actor Anupam Kher is one of the most talented actor in Bollywood. The actor has given several versatile performances to his audience through his movies and continued to do so. Anupam turns 68 today. In an interview, he talks about his career as an actor and highlighted the fact that one cannot wait for things to happen in their life on its own.

Anupam told ETimes, “Each and every one of the 530-plus films that I’ve done is precious to me. You may sneer at some of my choices. But every brick in the wall counts. Even what according to you are the worst films in my career; have contributed to where I am today.”

“You can’t wait for things to happen in your life. You have to make them happen. I created opportunities for myself where there were none. If I wanted a role I pursued the director. There is no shame in seeking work. And there is no substitute for hard work,” he added.

Anupam Kher is wears many hats. He is an actor, writer, motivational speaker and philanthropy. When asked which of these his real passions are, he said, “All. They are all me. I’m proud of everything I’ve done in life. When I came to Mumbai I had only my dreams to follow. Today others follow my dreams.” “It’s a good place to be in,” he concluded.

On the professional front, Anupam Kher was last seen in Shiv Shastri Balboa alongside Neena Gupta. The actor has many interesting projects lined up in his pipeline. The actor started working on The Vaccine War as well. This is his second collaboration with director Vivek Agnihotri after last year's blockbuster The Kashmir Files. The actor also has Kangana Ranaut's directorial Emergency. Other films are Kuch Khatta Ho Jaaye, Anurag Basu's Metro In Dino with Aditya Roy Kapur and Sara Ali Khan, The Signature with Mahima Chaudhry, IB71 and Nautanki.
