Anjum Fakih can’t stop shuttling between playing Shrishti in Kundali Bhagya and Maitri in Bade Achhe Lagte Hai 2 2 : Bollywood News

Anjum Fakih, who began her acting career in 2010, has some of the top most popular shows in her kitty, in which she is playing pivotal roles. While her track as Shrishti took a new turn in Kundali Bhagya, the character of Maitri in Bade Achhe Lagte Hain 2 too has taken a leap. Even though both characters are completely different from each other, Anjum has been shuttling between them quite well.

When asked how she switches between two characters of such varied wavelengths, Anjum explained, “As an actor, you must be prepared to act and do scenes that are pitched to you with complete dedication and honesty, and you must be exceptional in your craft. And how do you do that? You learn you adapt, and you get inspired. You can learn so much from your co-actors. There’s an entire creative team to help you around, and not to forget, when you are under the supervision of your director, the character which you are playing is carved in such a way that you won’t find it difficult to switch between characters.”

Kundali Bhagya and Bade Achhe Lagte Hain are both produced by Ekta Kapoor, who is also known as TV Czarina. Talking about her off-screen equation with the producer, Anjum shared, “You just revel in the fact that you work for her. On a serious note, she is a great woman. She is someone who inspires many like us. It’s a great privilege to know that a woman like her has my back.”

For the uninitiated, Anjum plays the role of the lead female characters Preeta and Priya’s sister in Kundali Bhagya as well as in Bade Achhe Lagte Hain. While the character of Shrishti is married to the lover boy Sameer Luthra in the Zee TV show, she is married to Priya’s ex-boyfriend Neeraj in Bade Achhe Lagte Hain 2.
