The trailer of Ranbir Kapoor and Rashmika Mandanna's upcoming film Animal directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga has already left fans on the edge of their seats, with the songs and teaser that were released earlier. The trailer was unveiled on Thursday, November 23 in front of the fans in New Delhi. Ranbir, Rashmika, Bobby Deol, Bhushan Kumar, Sandeep Reddy Vanga, and others made an entry with 11 brothers. The trailer was launched in the presence of more than 100 fans.
Just a day ago, it was announced the film has been given an ‘A’ rating by the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) with a runtime of 3 hours and 21 minutes. Talking to the media on Thursday in Delhi, Ranbir quipped about the rating and the long runtime and said, “This is an adult-rated Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham.”
He also said that despite the role being so intense and violent, he always detaches from a character after the shoot is wrapped and he goes home. He stated, “I am a detached person. I never take my character home. It’s not fair for my loved ones. Agar main agar jaake aise act karta toh meri biwi mujhe maarti.”
Bhushan Kumar and Krishan Kumar’s T-Series, Murad Khetani’s Cine1 Studios and Pranay Reddy Vanga’s Bhadrakali Pictures have backed Animal. The film is in the crime drama genre and promises to take viewers on a thrilling ride on December 1, 2023.
