Anil wrote, “Forty years ago today, I married the love of my life, my best friend, and my rock. Sunita, our journey began 11 years before that, and every moment since has been nothing short of epic. Anil Kapoor and Sunita Kapoor's love story began over five decades ago, culminating in their marriage on May 19, 1984. The couple is blessed with three children: Sonam Kapoor, born in 1985; Rhea Kapoor, born in 1987; and Harshvardhan Kapoor, born in 1990. All three children have followed their parents into the film industry—Sonam and Harsh as actors, and Rhea as a filmmaker and producer.
