Arjun Kapoor, the Bollywood heartthrob, turned 38 on June 26 and received warm wishes from his fans and friends. Amongst them was his uncle and actor Anil Kapoor, who took to his Instagram handle to wish him a happy birthday. Anil Kapoor shared a picture of Arjun with a heartfelt yet cheeky caption that left everyone in splits.

For the unversed, on Monday afternoon, Anil took to the story section of his Instagram handle and dropped a picture of Arjun, which appeared to be clicked during a workout session. In the caption, Kapoor wrote, “Happy Birthday my dear Chachu!!”

The Malang actor further added, “You are as effortlessly humorous as you are cool and talented …wish you all the love, success and happiness in the world. Keep shining @arjunkapoor!!!! Love you!” followed by a red-heart emoticon.

Well, Arjun’s 38th birthday celebration started on June 25. Arjun’s girlfriend and actress Malaika Arora, and sister and entrepreneur Anshula Kapoor were snapped outside Arjun’s residence on Sunday evening. Hours after that, photos and videos of the birthday bash started circulating on the internet.

In the photos, the birthday boy was seen wearing a black shirt over a white tee, along with black pants. Meanwhile, Malaika Arora was seen dancing her heart out on ‘Chaiyya Chaiyya.’

Coming to the professional front, Arjun was last seen in the multi-starrer Kuttey, which was released this year in January. He has an interesting line-up with a bunch of films in his kitty including The Ladykiller, co-starring Bhumi Pednekar. Meanwhile, Anil Kapoor is currently awaiting the release of his web show The Night Manager’s part 2 on Disney+ Hotstar.
