Earlier this month, it was being reported that Ananya Panday has decided to experiment with her characters and opted for one-of-a-kind role in an upcoming film. The said venture was a Vikramaditya Motwane cyber thriller movie, produced by Nikhil Dwivedi, featuring the actress in a never-seen-before role. The recent update on that front is that the actress has already completed the shoot schedule of the film and posted about the wrap-up on social media.
Although Ananya Panday has maintained silence on this upcoming cyber thriller, the actress took to social media to express her gratitude towards filmmaker Vikramaditya Motwane and the entire team after they wrapped up the final schedule. In a carousel post shared on Instagram, the actress is seen giving a bear hug to Motwane, followed by a picture perfect photo of the entire team posing together.
She not only tagged every team member in the post but also added a heartfelt note saying, “And that’s a wrap! @motwayne I can never thank you enough but I hope I made you and continue to make you happy and proud <3 and to every single member of this team who has given everything they have to this magical film - I love you guys and I can’t wait for the world to see it.

In an earlier report, Ananya Panday had given her fans a brief glimpse into this role while talking to Pinkvilla as she was quoted saying, “When Vikramaditya Motwane approached me with this story; I just knew I had to be part of it. As a filmmaker, he has been on my wish list for as long as I can remember and I feel really lucky to be working with him this early in my career.” Vikramaditya had went on to continue, adding, “This is a thriller with modern-day appeal and very relevant to our times. It’s going to be really interesting to see Ananya Panday in this role since it’s something she hasn’t attempted before.”
Besides this, Ananya Panday also has Dream Girl 2 alongside Ayushmann Khurrana as well as Kho Gaye Hum Kahan with Siddhant Chaturvedi and Adarsh Gourav in the pipeline.
