Bollywood star Sonam Kapoor Ahuja celebrated her 38th birthday yesterday, making it an extra special occasion as it marks her first birthday as a mother. The day had been filled with an outpouring of heartfelt wishes from fans, friends, and family members across social media. Among the warm greetings, Sonam's husband, Anand Ahuja, took to Instagram to share an unseen photo of her with their son Vayu. Accompanying the adorable picture, Anand penned a heartfelt note expressing his deep love and admiration for his beloved wife.
Anand took to his Instagram account and shared a beautiful picture featuring Sonam Kapoor along with her son Vayu. The image captured Sonam seated on the bed with Vayu lying beside her. As the young toddler gazed at his mother, she responded with a loving smile. Sonam was dressed in an elegant white and golden traditional ensemble, exuding grace. Vayu, on the other hand, sported a printed kurta and pyjama. Sonam Kapoor and businessman Anand Ahuja got married on May 8, 2018, in a traditional Anand Karaj ceremony. On August 20, 2022, the couple embraced parenthood and welcomed their first baby boy Vayu Kapoor Ahuja in Mumbai.
On the professional front, Sonam Kapoor is next expected to feature in a film titled Blind which is an official remake of the 2011 Korean film by the same name. It tells the story of a blind police officer in search of a serial killer. Directed by debutant director Shome Makhija, the film also stars Purab Kohli, Vinay Pathak, and Lillete Dubey.
