The 82-year-old icon revealed in his personal blog that he struggles with memorizing his lines and sometimes calls his directors late at night, requesting another chance to improve his performance. He also spoke about the fleeting nature of fame and how professionals eventually fade over time.

In his blog, Big B admitted that age has brought several challenges, including difficulty in remembering lines. “And as you age, it’s not just the hurdle of the lines one has to memorise, it’s the multiple age-related contingencies that need to be followed to be able to deliver — deliver content as asked,” he wrote. The actor shared that after a day of filming, he often realizes his mistakes and calls the director at midnight, hoping for another opportunity to improve his scenes.
