Alia Bhatt’s weight-loss journey has been nothing short of inspiring and has managed to encourage a lot of people to get fit. We’ve seen her transforming since Student Of The Year till her last release Kalank and it has been jaw-dropping. Alia Bhatt’s nutritionist, Dr. Siddhant Bhargava, got in an exclusive conversation with Bollywood Hungama where he spoke extensively about her diet and workout plans.
When asked about how they managed to figure out a diet together, he said, “Her goals change based on the brief she is given for every single movie. So, there are certain movies where she has to be extremely thin and somewhere she is required to be a little muscular. Like in Udta Punjab, she plays a hockey player so she had to look a little athletic in the beginning and then lost weight as the film progressed. So she gives me the brief that is given to her and then I chalk it out for her whether she is required to work out on all 7 days or if she is allowed to have cheat meals.”
He further elaborated about Alia Bhatt’s diet and said, “Alia is extremely disciplined when it comes to her diet. She has taught me this trait of being disciplined like whenever I ask her to take a cheat meal, she just says NO. So, as a coach, it is very easy for me to work with Alia because I know that whatever I have asked her to do, will be done eventually. There’s no second-guessing with Alia.”
