Amidst this, Alia shared a message on her social media congratulating Kriti Sanon on her first production, Do Patti. The trailer for the film was recently released, and fans are enjoying the suspenseful drama. Do Patti, featuring Kriti Sanon and Kajol, is set to premiere on an OTT platform on October 25.

Alia shared the clip on her Instagram stories and captioned, “Congratulations on your first production!” @kritisanon, Can’t wait to watch it.” Do Patti is one of the most highly anticipated releases of the year. Kajol will portray a cop, and Sanon will appear in a grey part. Do Patti, directed by Shashanka Chaturvedi, features Sanon and Shaheer Sheikh.

Set in Devipur, Do Patti centres on a murder mystery filled with suspense, thrill, and drama. Kajol portrays a determined cop assigned to crack the case. As the trailer unfolds, viewers are introduced to Kriti Sanon’s character, Saumya, and Shaheer Sheikh’s Dhruv. The couple is deeply in love, but their lives take a turn for the worse when Saumya’s twin sister appears, creating chaos in their personal and marital relationships. The plot follows Dhruv's arrest in an attempted murder case and how Kajol works to unravel the mystery involving the twin sisters.

Do Patti marks the production debut for Kriti Sanon and Kanika Dhillon. Dhillon expressed, “Do Patti is a very special project, and there's no greater satisfaction than presenting a captivating story to the audience that is both thrilling and engaging. You will be amazed to see Kriti Sanon in a unique role, and it was a great pleasure to work with the legendary Kajol as a writer-producer.”
