In an Instagram video uploaded by her trainer, Alia Bhatt is seen completing a whopping 300 air squats in just 7:20 minutes. Last seen as Safina in Zoya Akhtar’s Gully Boy, Alia Bhatt proves that one should never stop working on bettering themselves. Her trainer captioned the video as, “When you ask her to do the challenge and she makes you do it with her. Top effort @aliaabhatt - finishing that in 7:20 but next time we go lower on those squats. One day at a time - one day at a time!

The duo ended up challenging Karan Johar and Amritpal Bindra for the same and we can’t wait to see how that turns out. For now, watch this mind boggling video of Alia working out like the boss she is.
