She shared a video that showcases her indulging in intense workouts, pushing the boundaries, and feeling unstoppable.

The video, shared on Instagram, showcased the different workouts that Alaya indulged in, this year, and along with that, she also penned a sweet note about her experience, wherein she said, "This is my biggest gain from 2024. Seeing my body do things that I couldn’t have even dreamed of! Thank you for the love and encouragement (and engagement)! Here’s to constantly and consistently growing <3” Along with that, she also expressed gratitude towards everyone who helped her in this journey.

As soon as Alaya F shared the video, several fans flocked to the comment section, appreciating her hard work and efforts. In fact, even Alia Bhatt couldn't stop herself from raving about Alaya's journey. She dropped a comment that read, "So so cool” along with several fire emojis. A thrilled Alaya decided to instantly reply to the Jigra actress, as she dropped a comment saying, "Fangirling big time right... thank youuuuuu" and posted several feeling-loved emojis.
