Actor Akshay Kumar turned 58 today, September 9, 2025, and marked the occasion with a reflective message on his social media handle. The superstar, who has been a part of the Hindi film industry for more than three decades, expressed gratitude to his fans and collaborators in a post that highlighted his journey.

Sharing a note alongside a compilation of his cinematic milestones, Akshay wrote, “58 years in the making, 34 years in this industry, over 150 films & counting. To everyone that ever believed in me, who bought a ticket, who signed me, produced me, directed me and guided me, this is your journey as much as mine. I’m just here to say an eternal ‘Thank You’ for every kind action, unconditional support, and words of encouragement. I am nothing without you, my Birthday is a dedication to all those that still believe me.”

The post was soon flooded with wishes from industry colleagues and admirers. Aparshakti Khurana, Gurmeet Choudhary, and celebrity photographer Dabboo Ratnani dropped their greetings in the comments section.

Hope you have too much fun.” Kareena Kapoor Khan posted, “Akki happy birthday favourite biggest hug.” Akshay’s longtime co-star Suniel Shetty sent a nostalgic message: “Akkiiii…from madness to memories, from hustle to hugs, we have seen it all together. Here’s to many more laughs and crazy times ahead.” Rakul Preet Singh extended her greetings with a note: “Wishing you a very happy birthday, @akshaykumar sir! Speaking of the professional front, Akshay was last seen in the multi-starrer, Housefull 5. He is currently busy promoting his upcoming film, Jolly LLB 3. The Subhash Kapoor directorial will be released on September 19, 2025, clashing with Anurag Kashyap’s Nishaanchi.
