Ajay Devgn, Prabhu Dheva to resume Action Jackson shoot next week : Bollywood News

Yet another rumour bites the dust. It was reported that the shoot of Action Jackson has been delayed for at least a month since Ajay Devgn first wanted to check out what Prabhu Dheva had done with R... Rajkumar. However, none of this is true as comes 10th November and the sets would be mounted all over again for Ajay-Prabhu venture.

"No one in the cast and crew of Action Jackson is aware of where did this rumour originate from. More than 20 days of film's shoot has already taken place and Ajay as well as Prabhu Dheva are very happy with the results so far. The action sequences have turned out really well. There was a break which was as planned since Prabhu Dheva has to work on the promotion as well as patch work of R... Rajkumar. Meanwhile, Ajay had other engagements as well," informs our well placed source.

However, there were insinuations that Ajay was reserving any further dates for Action Jackson since he wanted to see the outcome of R... Rajkumar and also, see whether Prabhu Dheva had indeed made a true commercial entertainer and then re - look at how Action Jackson would take shape from that point on.

"Rubbish, none of that is true," a source close to the director adds, "When someone has two Hindi blockbusters (Wanted, Rowdy Rathore) and over two decades of experience in the industry with eight other films made as a director in different languages, you don't start questioning the capabilities of a filmmaker. Least of all, Ajay is hardly the kind of person who interferes in such matters once on board for a film."

No wonder, it is business as usual for the team of Action Jackson as post Diwali celebrations, everyone gets together to resume shoot on 10th November.

"It is going to be another 25 day long shoot and by the time R... Rajkumar arrives on 6th December, 50% of Action Jackson would be over. Where does the question of 'seeing what Prabhu Dheva has done in R... Rajkumar and taking a call' come into picture," the source questions in an amused tone.

When contacted, Prabhu Dheva he just laughed off the speculation. He confirmed though that Action Jackson is pretty much on track and embarks on a 25-day schedule from 10th November onwards.
