Adamas: Ji Sung plays double role in the new poster of upcoming mystery drama; series to premiere on July 27 27 : Bollywood News

South Korean network tvN has announced premiere date and unveiled the new poster for its upcoming thriller-mystery drama Adamas. As previously reported, Adamas tells the story of twin brothers Ha Woo Shin and Song Soo Hyun (both played by Ji Sung) who unravel the truth behind an incident that happened 22 years ago and try to prove their biological father’s innocence who was accused of killing their stepfather.

The two brothers, who are identical in looks but opposite in personalities, chase after the truth and dig into many secrets that are concealed by huge power. Ji Sung will essay the challenging role of both twins. One is a best-selling mystery novel author named Ha Woo Shin, and the other is a prosecutor named Song Soo Hyun who works at the Central District Prosecutor’s office. Actors Seo Ji Hye and Lee Soo Kyung are also star in supporting roles in the series.

The newly unveiled poster features Ji Sung turned into twin brothers with contrasting personalities, exuding a mysterious aura. The two characters, separated by a huge blood-oozing arrow between them, stand facing opposite directions, looking at the place with one common goal – to find the truth related to the ‘adamas’ that is the evidence for the murder.

The text floating above them reads, as translated by Soompi, “The older brother who is looking for the real culprit. The younger brother who is looking for evidence. The twin brothers’ truth tracking.”

The poster also states the premiere date for the show which is July 27.
