Sources close to the actor have revealed that Abhishek Banerjee has kick started the shoot of the Netflix series. On the other hand, confirming the same, the actor took to his social media sharing a look which resembles Jaffa from Rana Naidu. By sharing the look he created the anticipation among the fans. And needless to say, he seems to have succeeded since social media users are predicting about the return of Abhishek as Jaffa as well as sharing their anticipation about the web-series Rana Naidu Season 2.

Speaking about his character in the web-series, his portrayal as Jaffa has garnered him with a lot of praise from the audience. For the unversed, he played the role of a loyal brother and son to the protagonists Rana Daggubati and Venkatesh Daggubati. It was a crucial role in the narrative, adding depth to the storyline. Moreover, his chemistry with the rest of the cast, especially the protagonist played by Rana Daggubati, also enhanced the dynamics of their on-screen camaraderie.

Rana Naidu, which premiered on Netflix last year, is expected to revolve around the life of a fixer who is caught between a complicated relationship with his family, especially his father Naga, along with an equally complex dynamics which he shares with his wife Naina, and his two kids. Also starring Surveen Chawla, Priya Banerjee, among others, the show is expected to have been renewed for a new season but further details on the same are under wraps.

As for Abhishek Banerjee, he too has an exciting lineup to look forward to this year which includes the much-awaited horror-comedy Stree 2 and also the intense drama Section 84.
