Abhishek Bachchan is one fine actor who has always played the character and not the movie. He always leaves an impression with all his characters, be it Gurunath from Guru or Dr. Avinash Sabharwal from Breathe: Into the Shadows. Now, we all will witness him in yet another different avatar in Bob Biswas. Abhishek received a lot of appreciation from his fans and friends from the entertainment industry for his unrecognisable look in the movie. Since the trailer launch, the film has been gaining lots of love and admiration from audiences all over the country.

The film is directed by debutant director Diya Annapurna Ghosh who is also the daughter of Sujoy Ghosh. The movie is a spin-off of the 2012 film, Kahaani. Abhishek Bachchan went under a full body transformation for his role in the film. Bob Biswas will surely keep you on the edge of your seat at all times.

When asked what inspired him to agree to be a part of Bob Biswas, Abhishek shared, “Sujoy came to me and told me that his daughter wants to direct a film and that was it, that’s why I said yes to Bob Biwas. In life, relationships mean a lot more to me than just professional gain, but I was very happy after saying yes because Diya came up with such a wonderful script. For me, I’ve approached Bob Biswas as a stand-alone film."
