The heartwarming moments captured in the pictures included Ira and Nupur feeding each other, a gesture symbolising love and care. What truly stole the show was Ira's recitation of an 'ukhane,' a popular Marathi wedding custom where the bride and groom exchange a short poem featuring each other's names.

The engagement between Ira and Nupur took place in November 2022 in an intimate ceremony attended by close family members and friends, including Ira's parents, Aamir Khan and Reena Dutta, and Aamir's former wife, Kiran Rao. The couple's love story began several years ago, culminating in a romantic proposal by Nupur in Italy. Ira shared her joy from the engagement, describing how she felt like a princess and radiantly beautiful that day.

The much-anticipated wedding day for Ira and Nupur is set for January 3, promising to be a memorable event filled with love, traditions, and cherished moments.
