It's been 29 years since Saajan starring Madhuri Dixit, Sanjay Dutt and Salman Khan starrer released in 1991. The romance drama was directed by Lawrence D'Souza with hit songs penned by Sameer and composed by Nadeem-Shravan.
On Sunday, August 30, Madhuri Dixit celebrated 29 years of the film and revealed why she agreed to star in the film. Sharing a photo from the film, she wrote, "#29YearsOfSaajan After reading the script of this film, I instantly decided to be a part of it. The story was romantic, the dialogues were poetic and the music was brilliant!"
On the work front, Madhuri Dixit was last seen in Kalank and reunited with Sanjay Dutt after 20 years.
