Zee Telefilms is all set to release a live-animation feature film, BHAGMATI - THE QUEEN OF FORTUNES, in June. Presented by Subhash Chandra, the film has been written-directed by Ashok Kaul, with Tabu, Milind Soman, Somayajulu and Hema Malini [sp. app.] playing important live characters. In the film, 'live' actors also interact with the animated characters. The animated portion of the film has been created at Zee Institute of Creative Arts [ZICA] Studio. The duration of the film is 2.40 hours, with about half of it in animation. Zee has also plans to tap the international market by going for a global release, according to Ashish Kaul, Vice President, Corporate Communications and Brand Development, Essel Group. Kaul has also been entrusted with the responsibility of marketing and distributing the film. Zee Telefilms is also releasing the film in international territories, including France, Russia and U.K.
