Shakti Kapoor's son Siddhanth, who made his debut in the John Abraham film Shootout At Wadala, is all set for his next film with Bejoy Nambiar. The film tentatively titled Kirkit is said to be a sports comedy that will see Siddhanth in the lead role of a cricketer.
"I practiced for about a year with Zaheer as he's a good friend of mine. We used to play for NCC club at Oval Maidan in Mumbai where he gave me several bowling tips. I am really excited about this film because it's a youth-centric movie. It's a remake of the Tamil hit Chennai 600028 which was about street cricket," says Siddhanth.
Directed by Yazad Anklesaria, the film will be co-produced by Bejoy and DAR Motion Pictures.
