Columbia TriStar's XXX, which released at cinemas across India on October 18, opened to a huge response, notching up an impressive Rs. 2.8 crores over the weekend October 18 to 20, 2002. It's the fourth biggest opening of all times in box-office history for the foreign language film category (including films released by Hollywood studios in India). The film, released on 188 screens across India, was dubbed in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.
