A joint venture production company of Sanjay Dutt, Sanjay Gupta & Bobby Anand under the name and style of White Feather Films was launched on 14th April at Shatranj, Pali Hill, Bandra They also announced the launching of their maiden venture titled KAANTE to go on the floors in early 2001 with a start-to-finish spell in the US. The film stars Amitabh Bacchan, Sanjay Dutt, Sunil Shetty, Akshay Khanna, Kumar Gaurav and a top director in a friendly appearance. The film will be directed by Sanjay Gupta whose birthday was also celebrated on the occasion.
