Vivek Oberoi visited the Tsunami hit village of Devanampattinam on Saturday to hand over boats to fishermen. The actor presented the fishermen with 90 repaired boats and 15 new boats, besides 400 new fishing nets. As Vivek led the boats in a symbolic fishing trip, one of the boats capsized. Nobody was hurt however. The actor who has adopted the village in Cuddalore district was received with affection by the villagers.
