While Dr. Chandraprakash Dwivedi's PINJAR is ready for release, her forthcoming films include Ramgopal Varma's EK HASINA THI, Khalid Mohamed's TEHZEEB and Tanuja Chandra's English film, slated to mount the sets next year. I have been very cautious when it comes to picking films. All these films have interesting plots, she reasons. Shedding light on the films, she elaborates, EK HASINA THI is an urban thriller, where I have a multi-dimensional role, while Tanuja's film will be a love story set against the backdrop of the 9/11 tragedy. It's a very sensitive film. On the other hand, PINJAR is about the trials, trauma and tribulations of people during partition.
