Taxi No. 9211 lands student in trouble

Its common to see actors rattling off cell numbers onscreen from time to time. But these numbers are not always fictitious. As it happened in the case of the recently released, Taxi No. 9211. There is a scene in the movie, wherein Sonali Kulkarni gives out a mobile number to John Abraham, who is looking for Nana Patekar. It turned out that the number actually belongs to a certain FYJC student, Nessy John from Mumbais Thane area. Ever since the film released, she has been hassled with crank calls on her cell. The first time a stranger called her, he enquired whether she was a movie star. He later said that he got her number from Taxi No. 9211. Since that day, she has received close to 90 calls, along with text messages! In the movie, Nana Patekar has a key that John Abraham is looking for. One of the text messages Nessy got said, Oye Raghav Shastri chabi de de! Nessy and her mother Usha dont want to get tangled in legal problems and so they have not lodged a police complaint. The films director Milan Luthria regretted using the number. He said that it wasnt intentional and was sorry for the trouble it had caused.
