Exploring versatile roles is Sushant Singh Rajput who is all set to become an astronaut for his next. The actor, who has never ventured into the zone of sci-fi before, will be seen playing this character for the first time in the film titled Chandamama Door Ke.
Sushant Singh Rajput to play astronaut in Chandamama Door KeDirected by Sanjay Puran Singh, the film is said to be based on a team of astronauts whose mission brings the entire country together. Excited about the same, Sushant described it as an epic film which has never been attempted before. Stating that the film is based on several real life incidents that have happened in the past, director Sanjay added that the film talks about India's space program and its astronaut landing in the moon in 2017-18. Producer Viki Rajani is looking forward for the film and wants to make it at par with some popular Hollywood films.
In fact, the makers do not want to leave any stones unturned and have approached some renowned big names for the VFX in the film. However, the rest of the casting details are yet to be finalized.
