It certainly seems like Salman Khan is headed into choppy seas with the Supreme Court quashing the judgment of the Rajasthan High Court to stay the actor's conviction in the black buck poaching case. In its verdict the Supreme Court, headed by Justice Mukhopadhyay said that the actor could tell the court that he would suffer irreversible damage if his conviction is not stayed and he is eventually acquitted. Further adding that, the Rajasthan government could at the same time argue that no irreversible damage which cannot be undone would be caused if his conviction is not stayed.
This comes after Salman Khan who was convicted to a five year prison sentence in the 1998 case of poaching, had appealed to the court seeking a stay on his conviction.
