Supreme Court to hear plea on Jolly LLB 2 on Friday : Bollywood News

It seems like the problems surrounding Akshay Kumar starrer Jolly LLB 2 are not ending anytime soon. We had reported that an advocate had filed a petition against Jolly LLB 2 makers at Bombay High Court claiming that film is showing Indian judicial system and legal profession in negative light. Bombay HC has ordered two lawyers to review the film and present it on Friday, after which the petition will be heard.

Now, we have learned that Fox Star Studio has challenged Bombay High Court in Supreme Court in regards to the order that Bombay HC order to hold the review of the film Jolly LLB 2 before its release. The bench headed by Chief Justice Jagdish Singh Khehar has agreed to hear the plea by the producer of the film which has contended that there could not be any scrutiny of the movie after film censor board has given it a U/A certificate. The plea will be heard on Friday, February 3.

Directed by Subhash Kapoor, Jolly LLB 2 stars Huma Qureshi and Annu Kapoor and is slated to release on February 10, 2017.
