Notwithstanding the failure of KHEL and RAKHT, Suniel Shetty has decided to give film production one final try. Reportedly, the suave actor turned producer has signed Priyadarshan to direct his forthcoming project, which will star Ajay Devgan in the lead. I am extremely fond of Priyan, Shetty informs me, He has agreed to direct the film for Popcorn [Suniel's production outfit].
While the modalities are being worked out, the one project that Shetty is extremely excited about - as an actor - is AMAR JOSHI SHAHID HO GAYA. It's an amazing subject, being directed by a first-timer [Rajneesh]. I can confidently state that it's the best role of my career, Shetty beams.
