One film old Sooraj Pancholi recently announced his second film with choreographer turned filmmaker Remo D'Souza. Now the actor is all set to join hands with Farhan Akhtar, Ritesh Sidwani's Excel Entertainment for a sports film.
Sooraj Pancholi turns footballer for Excel Entertainment’s nextThe said film, produced by Excel, will revolve around football and is directed by ad filmmaker Pierre Timmins, who has previously assisted directors in films like I Hate Luv Stories and Dostana. We hear that the film is neither a biopic nor based on any real life incident but a fictional journey of footballers with a love story at the backdrop. Sooraj will be seen as football player but the hunt for the leading lady is on. It seems that the makers are looking for a fresh face, someone who has a toned body to pull off the role of a sports persona. The makers are even planning to conduct auditions across the country to find the right girl who can play the leading lady in the film.
