Music director Pyarelal returns to film music after a long gap - this time as music arranger and to score the background music - for Kumar Sanu Communications P. Ltd.'s Hindi film VASUNDHARA, based on a Sarat Chandra novel.
Kumar Sanu makes his debut as music director in Hindi films, besides producing the film. Director Ujjal Chatterjee [ESCAPE FROM TALIBAN] will direct the film, which will be launched in January with shooting schedules in Benares and Mumbai.
Debjyoti Dey has written the screenplay and dialogues, while Sudhakar Sharma pens the lyrics. Saroj Khan is the choreographer. Top names to play the lead roles are being finalized.
