Sameera Reddy is upset with a section of the press for spreading malicious rumours about her exit from J.P. Dutta's magnum opus L.O.C. Reportedly, the actress had been approached for a key role in this multi-starrer, but even before anything could be finalised, a section of the media went ahead and splashed the news that the actress has opted out of the film, citing date problems as the reason. "I even called a particular publication, wanting to know the source of their information, but they didn't have an answer. The least they could've done was to crosscheck facts before publishing anything," Sameera sounds upset. So, what's the correct picture is she doing the film or not? "We're still working it out. It's ridiculous to even state that I've cited date problems to opt out of the film. No one can behave that way with a maker of the calibre of J.P.-ji," she clarifies, "A clearer picture will emerge in a week's time."
