We had reported that an FIR was filed against Hrithik Roshan's wife Sussanne Khan on June 9 for cheating a real estate firm. Booked under IPC section 420, a complaint was lodged against Sussanne Khan for posing as an architect, not completing the assigned work and cheating the firm to the tune of Rs 1.87 crore. Sussanne Khan had denied all the allegations, called out the firm for making false accusations and challenged the FIR before Goa Bench of the Bombay High Court.
Rs. 15 crore defamation case filed against Sussanne KhanBut, things don't seem to end here and Sussanne Khan has landed in more trouble. A defamation case was filed by Mudith Gupta, Managing Partner of Emgee Properties, on Thursday against Sussanne seeking Rs. 15 crores over defamatory statements made against him. The lawyer of Mudith Gupta said that all the media statements made by Sussanne Khan after the FIR was filed forced them file a defamation case.
The case has been filed before the senior Civil Division Court in Goa and the court hearing will take place on July 20.
