The LYCRA MTV Style awards witnessed the unique fusion of Music, Style, Fashion and Art coming together at a spectacular show at the Jamshed Bhabha Auditorium in Mumbai, on October 15. Superstar Rekha was bestowed the Maha Style Icon of the Year. This honor was presented to her by Yash Chopra and Hrithik Roshan.
The other winners were Sanjay Dutt and Preity Zinta (Most Stylish Person in Films - Female and Male), Kumarmangalam Birla (Stylish Business - Male), Farookh Sheikh (Most Stylish Person on Television - Male), Raveena Tandon (Most Stylish Person on Television - Female), Baichung Bhutia (Most Stylish Person in Sports), Shaan (Most Stylish Person in Music - Male) and Sophia (Music - Female), Aki Narula (Designer of the Year). Sachin Pilot walked away with the Honours in the Politics category.
