Ranveer to star in Magadheera remake : Bollywood News

Since a while there have been talks doing the rounds of the Hindi remake of the 2009 Telugu super-hit Magadheera. The film is one of the highest grossing Telugu films and no wonder then that our B-town folks too were queuing up to bag the remake rights of this flick.

Now the latest is that the rights of Magadheera have been acquired by Vikas Bahl and Anurag Kashyap and what's even more interesting is the fact that they have signed none other than Ranveer Singh to play the lead role.

Ranveer will be undergoing intense physical training to look the part of a warrior in this remake and the buzz is that this one's going to be yet another big budget film set on a lavish scale.
