While his last film Aligarh received massive critical acclaim, Rajkummar Rao now gears up for yet another Bollywood film and this time he will be paired opposite the Baby actress Taapsee Pannu.
The film in question marks the directorial debut of Anubhav Sinha's wife Ratna and will be produced by Sinha himself. Though the details of the film are being kept under wraps, we hear that it is a love story set in a small town in Uttar Pradesh. As of now, Rajkummar is busy with the film Newton, while Taapsee is in Delhi shooting for the Amitabh Bachchan starrer, tentatively titled Eve. If sources are to be believed, the duo will kickstart the shoot for their next after they wrap up their current work commitments. There are also rumours around their character and looks which would be inspired by UP people and they might also have to work on their lingual dialect for the same.
