The industry is buzzing with the news that Raj Babbar is all set to launch his daughter Juhi in films. It was said that Babbar was planning to remake Waaris with the same technicians, albeit with a different cast. The rumour mills were agog with the news that Babbar had roped in director Ravindra Peepat and cinematographer Manmohan Singh, who were involved in the making of the Raj Babbar-Smita Patil-Amrita Singh starrer, for the new venture. When this writer spoke to Raj Babbar in Delhi to verify the news, he denied that he was remaking Waaris. "Juhi does have plans to enter films, but we are waiting for the right vehicle to launch her. We are in no hurry at the moment. Everything depends on how tempting the script is," the star-M.P. clarified.
