Rahul Dev is playing the main lead in Mohan Chhabria's Mukt opposite Aditi Gowitrikar. The film is set against the village of Chitsinghpoor in Kashmir and it revolves around a boy whose father is gunned down by the militants. The film deals with the problem of a refugee family. In Aashiq, he plays a ruthless guy who would go to any lengths for money. He sells women for living and even abducts Karisma in the movie.
