Keshu Ramsay's under-production multi-starrer (earlier titled Sipahee) is facing problems due to a reptile. A 5-ft Indian rock python was rescued from the sets of the film at Filmistan Studios, Goregaon. The reptile was purportedly to be used in a song sequence featuring Akshay Kumar and Lara Dutta. The reptile under captivity was found with its mouth sealed with an adhesive tape and seemed to be starved for days. It was rescued when an animal welfare activist Karim Khan raided the sets of the film with his team. The film's production manager Gautam Roy along with two snake suppliers have been arrested for illegal use of a protected species. However producer Keshu Ramsay claims that he never used a python for the song sequence and the snake suppliers just happened to visit the sets of his film.
