Any person, firm or party having any claims or any objections of whatsoever nature against the above-mentioned right for the above film by way of assignment , pledge , gift, license ,sale, transfer of any kind etc ., are hereby required to make the same known in writing along with documentary proof or evidence of claim to the undersigned at the address given below, within 10 days time from the publication of this notice, failing which the said transaction will be completed and thereafter , no claims of whatsoever nature shall not be entertained and any claims , if any, shall be deemed to have been waived off.
Claims attached with documentary proofs or evidence shall only be considered. Mere mentioning of claims without documentary proof (certified true copies)shall not be entertained from any party and the same shall amount to such rights being given up or waived for which my Client shall not be held liable or responsible, which may please be noted.
