Only recently did we inform you of 3 Idiots actor Omi Vaidya bagging two plum projects with top filmmakers namely Madhur Bhandarkar and Abbas-Mustan. Now Omi has bagged yet another big assignment, this time on the small screen.
Omi would be seen hosting the music and entertainment reality show 'Chhote Ustaad'. The show, which will be aired on Star Plus, will see talent from both India and Pakistan vying for top honours. Acclaimed playback singers Sonu Nigam and Rahat Fateh Ali Khan will be seen as judges on the show.
Considering that Omi has hosted award functions in the past, it will be interesting to see how he manages this task at hand.
