Actress Namrata Shirodkar who starred as the main female lead of a rape victim in 'Insaaf - The Justice', which released and flopped earlier this year, has approached the court for justice. The actress has filed a complaint against Mohammed Fasih claiming that the producer has failed to pay her the complete remuneration for the film.
Namrata had agreed to work in the movie for Rs 2.5 lakh, which she was to get before the release of the film. But after more than three months of the film's release, she still hasn't received her complete remuneration. Fasih paid the actress Rs 1.5 lakh and gave her the remaining amount in the form of a post-dated cheque. However the cheque bounced and Namrata still has to receive an amount of Rs 1 lakh from Fasih.
